CRANE DRIVING GROUP

Crane driving group, it is a key component that enables a crane system to move. It generally consists of mechanical and electrical elements used to lift, lower and move the load horizontally. The crane drive group includes various parts.

• Motor: The electric motor or hydraulic system that drives the crane drive group. The motor provides the power needed to lift and move the load.
• Reducer: A component that increases torque by reducing the rotational speed of the motor. This allows heavy loads to be lifted in a more controlled manner.
• Pulleys and Cables: Pulleys and cables used in lifting and lowering loads are elements that carry and direct the load safely.
• Control System: It is the system that controls the movements of the crane drive group. Different control mechanisms such as remote control, button panels or automatic control systems can be used.
• Brake System: The system used to hold the load safely and stop the crane. Brakes prevent the load from falling or unwanted movements.
• Rotation Mechanism: A component that allows the cranes to rotate the load. This allows the cranes to move in different directions.

The design and components of the crane drive group may vary depending on the type of crane (tower crane, overhead crane, portable crane, etc.) and the area of use. In addition, designing in accordance with safety standards is very important to ensure the safety of operators and loads.
